Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted to registrants who cancel their registration via email no later than Friday, May 22, 2026. Cancel Registration.
Refunds will not be provided to registrants who neither cancel nor attend the event.
Substitution Policy
Confirmed registrants who are unable to attend the event may request to have their registration transferred to someone attending the event in their place. Substitution requests must be received no later than Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Request Substitution
Delay and Cancellation of the Event
Center for Schools and Communities reserves the right to delay or cancel the course in the event of inclement weather or emergency. Session participants will be notified via email if this were to occur. In the unlikely event that the session is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund.
