Training focused on engaging virtual students in social constructs. Building relationships with students and families will be highlighted and opportuntieis for developing progrmaming surrounding social and emotional learning will be explored. Identification of at-risk students, understanding socioeconomic factors and other disparities which may exist in the virtual learning environment will be explored. In this make and take session, district will work toegether to create a support plan to faciliate students' success. Participants will leave the training with a plan for deveoping program supports for district students in the virtual learning setting. Participants are encouraged to come with individual district program goals and current student data surrounding students' needs within the virtual setting to assist in developing a plan for student supports to increase the likelihood of student success.
