Title: Building Local Champions
Description: Join colleagues to learn together about the National Afterschool Association’s OST Job Quality Standards. We will provide an overview of what they are and their importance to our work, including workforce development, recruitment, retention, and workplace stability. We will share the framework of the 4 Pillars, 16 Elements, and 67 Indicators, which are the observable practices. In addition, we will provide instructions on accessing the Usage Guide to support implementation.
