The FIS Budget training shows participants how to set up and prepare a budget for the new fiscal year as well as:
- Create a file of budget preparation data from current fiscal year
- Estimate budget amounts using budget preparation data
- Compare budgets between fiscal years with line item and summary reports
- Export and Import using Excel
- Transfer amounts to account code directory for new fiscal year
- Import balance of contract from Payroll
- Import requisitions to budget preparation
- Import Bidding requisitions to budget preparation
- Review the creation of PDE-2028 Upload Files
