Description:
Designing online learning programs with a focus on equity is critical for student success. Participants will discuss and analyze current problems of practice in relation to an equitable learning framework that supports classroom interactions, content presentation, and assessment. Participants will have the opportunity to customize a plan that specifically targets equitable practices.
Edcuators will be able to:
- Discuss and analyze effective practices that support classroom interactions within the online setting.
- Discuss and analyze effective practices that support content presentation within the online setting.
- Discuss and analyze effective practices that support assessment within the online setting.
- Evaluate current online learning framework and generate an action plan that specifically targets equitable practices.
Target Audience: eToole District Administrators and Educators supporting students in the online K-12 environment
Act 48: 6 hours
