This cadre of educators will have access to rich texts, engaging instructional activities, lesson plans, graphic organizers, and much more to teach the standards found in the TDA. The format is a blended approach in which participants will be enrolled in Eduplanet where this wealth of resources is housed. Weekly virtual sessions will be held to discuss implementation and teaching strategies. Watch your students’ skills soar with the right tools, bite-size activities, and satisfaction of their own success.

After completing this registration step, participants will receive a link to join the EduPlanet21 environment where all program work will take place.
Participants will:
- Engage with the most essential reading and writing standards for targeted learning
- Have access to a rich "book" of ready to use online materials, games, graphic organizers, texts and prompts to teach theTDA skills
- Grapple with the theories behind the TDA
- Become skilled at recognizing analysis in student work
- Examine ready made TDA lessons and templates to create their own lessons
- Examine student work to plan for next instructional steps for grouping and individual student growth
DETAILS:
- Dates: 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, and 11/10/20 (4 days @ 2 hours a day)
- Location: Zoom Training (link will be emailed to registration the morning of the event).
- Time: 6:30 PM TO 8:30 PM
- Cost: $175.00 (this covers all four days.)
- Target Audience: Grades 3-8 Educators- regular education teachers, reading specialists, literacy coaches, curriculum coordinators, administrators
- Registration Deadline: Tuesday, October 6, 2020 by 12:00 pm.
- Act 48 hours: 8.0 (must attend entire event to earn Act 48 hours. No partial hours will be given. The CSIU will uplod Act 48 hours for this event to the PDE PERMS system). Anyone requesting Act 48 hours must provide the correct PPID# and provide proof of attendance (sign-in and sign-out roster provided at the event).
