This series will provide participants with the opportunity to build and apply a class wide positive behavior framework designed to support all students. Participants will: • Discuss, analyze, and apply the components of effective classroom management: o Building rapport and relationships with students o Maximizing structure and predictability o Monitoring and reinforcing expectations o Actively Engaging students in observable ways o Using a continuum of strategies to acknowledge appropriate behavior o Using a continuum of strategies for responding to inappropriate behavior Event Details: Date: October 15, 2019, 11/12/2019, 12/17/2019 Time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Cost: 10.00 Act 48: 15 hours will be given, attendance at all 3 trainings is required Location: Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, 90 Lawton Lane, Milton PA 17847 Audience: Teachers and Administrators Presenter: Michael Lord
