DESCRIPTION: For more than a century, there has been a growing interest in school climate. Many student-centered organizations have focused on school climate reform as an evidence-based school improvement strategy that supports students, parents/guardians, and school personnel. Learning and working together, we help schools identify and implement effective programs and practices and maintain safe, productive learning environments. With the increase of school violence, creating an effective school climate is paramount. DETAILS: ---Location: CSIU Conference & Learning Center - Commonwealth Room --- Lunch: will be on your own ---Act 48: 3.0 hours will be uploaded by the CSIU to PDE PERMS system. Must attend entire event, no partial hours will be given. All participants must sign in and sign out to receive hours. ---Registration Deadline: September 25, 2019
