Event Information

The intent of these sessions is to keep teachers and internal coaches participating in the Autism Initiative ABA Supports model updated on current practices. Professional development will be focused on effective teaching practices, classroom organization, behavioral strategies, and deepening the knowledge base of concepts of Applied Behavior Analysis. Staff will have the opportunity for individual planning and collaboration around these topics. Participants will: - Engage in professional learning around topics related to Applied Behavior Analysis including antecedent strategies, assessment, effective instruction, and reinforcement - Discuss the importance of utilizing effective teaching practices based on ABA principles - Discuss effective strategies related to classroom organization, material management, and training classroom staff Who Should Attend?
