DESCRIPTION:
Learning more advanced applications of the Google Suite plus Google Sites, Gmail, Chrome applications, Google search, Calendar, Meet, YouTube, Maps. Educators will have the opportunity to get hands-ons experience with Google applications and walk away with digital artifacts ready to use on the first day of school. Educators attending this training will be able to: Increase their use of Google Suites to use technology effectively in the school building, reduce the amount of paper, build effect communication skills, increase organization, build interactive lessons/meetings, use video effectively, and promote digital citizenship. Participants will be prepared to take the Level 1 Google Education certification. Any educator who completes and passes the exam within 30 days can submit evidence of Level 1 certificate and receive reimbursement for the exam fee ($10).
Educators attending this training will be able to: Increase their use of Google Suites to use technology effectively in the school building, reduce the amount of paper, build effect communication skills, increase organization, build interactive lessons/meetings, use video effectively, and promote digital citizenship. Gain skills towards Level 1 Google Educator (digital badge).
Must have a minimum of 5 participants to run the training
